59th Annual Southeast Regional Convention


We've been talking about it all semester and its right around the corner! Our 2012 Southeast Regional Convention in Raleigh, North Carolina from March 22nd-26th and we need as many members as we can bring to come. A couple notable speakers that will be there is Alethea R. Bonello Former NAACP Youth & College Division Director/Director of African Americans for Barack Obama and Eric Holder United States Attorney General. Furthermore. This convention will give you the opportunity to engage in interactive workshops, network, and overall experience a powerful feeling like no other as we get to know other young leaders who share the same causes we do!

2011 FLASHBACK!


Below is information about transportation, lodging, and youth event ticket prices. AS EXPRESSED BEFORE, WE NEED EVERYONE WHO IS ATTENDING TO PLEASE EMAIL US BY MARCH 1ST AND MONEY TURNED IN BY MARCH 5TH 5:30PM. OUR CHAPTER WILL BE LEAVING FRIDAY, MARCH 22ND AT 8AM. 

REGISTRATION:
The cost of registration per person is $40.

TRANSPORTATION & LODGING:
With the assistance of the Alabama State Conference Youth & College Division’s Executive Committee, our State Executive Committee was also able to secure lodging accommodations with the Wingate Hotel by Wyndham in Raleigh, NC. The cost for both transportation and lodging is totaled to $100.00. This cost includes transportation to and from Raleigh, NC for a two night stay at the above mentioned hotel. To confirm your reservation, a $60.00 deposit is due by March 1st and the remaining $40 is due upon departure which will be that Friday, March 22nd at 12pm from Atlanta.
