WHAT'S NEXT FOR H.O.P.E.!?
As we all know the HOPE Scholarship has been reformed and the access reduced, Pell Grants have been cut for students who want to use it for summer classes, and tuition continues to increase. Right now Georgia students all around the state are either unaware or don't know how these changes will impact them. In April our Employment and Economic Committee will be providing a great amount of information not only on the HOPE Grant but FAFSA, Pell Grants, COG Grant, LEAP Grant, ACG Grant, SMART Grant and other financial resources. In the mean time, check out the links below. STAY POSTED!
UPDATE: Pell is now available for summer semesters ONLY If you have been enrolled LESS than full time in either of the previous Fall or Spring semesters you can receive Pell for ANY number of enrolled hours as long as you are eligible. For more info click the "VSU Office of Financial Aid" link below.
